Vegetables have many health benefits as this article clearly states. So here are a few vegetable smoothie recipes.
Lacto Cabbage Smoothie – (This is enough for two or three servings)
1/4 of a medium-sized cabbage (or rape or covo)
1 packet of lacto
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
3 tablespoons of honey
1 Pinch of Cinnamon
Note: Try to use the organic honey because it has over 500 active enzymes. It maybe a little calorie dense but it’s worth it. But don’t do too many smoothies with honey in a day though. For faster weight loss it’s better to use strawberries or berries for sweetness as they are low in sugar and high in flavour.
Zesty Tomato Mazowe Smoothie
5-8 ripe red tomatoes
2 Bell peppers (any color)
1 clove of garlic
half teaspoon of salt
half teaspoon of white pepper
1 cup diluted Mazowe less sugar raspberry flavour
Note: Due to the high salt content of this smoothie you should have it just occasionally not everyday.
Mixed Vegetables Yoghurt Smoothie

If the mixed vegetables are too dry, you can a little water to make it less thick. This one is easy to do and has great flavour.
